Experience Australia the Way Your Clients Deserve To
Travel Advisors Traveling Together · Sydney & Melbourne · March 2027
Sydney
Five days in Australia’s most iconic city. Harbour views, world-famous landmarks, Indigenous culture, hidden laneways, and beach life — experienced the way you’d design it for your best clients.
Sydney Harbour
Arrive to one of the world’s most spectacular harbours. Your first afternoon includes a Sydney Harbour Discovery Cruise — gliding past the Opera House, the Harbour Bridge, secluded beaches, and sandstone cliffs with an Aussie BBQ lunch on board. Your base for Sydney is the boutique Harbour Rocks Hotel in The Rocks precinct, steps from the CBD and the waterfront.
Bondi Beach
More than a beach — Bondi is a lifestyle. Walk the spectacular Bondi to Coogee coastal trail, discover hidden ocean pools, vibrant cafes, and the buzz of one of the world’s most famous stretches of sand. This is the Sydney your adventurous clients dream about.
The Rocks & Aboriginal Culture
Walk the cobblestone streets of Sydney’s oldest neighbourhood on a guided Rocks Pub Tour — four of the area’s most storied pubs, centuries of colonial history, and stories from convicts to sailors. The following morning, explore Indigenous bush foods with a First Nations guide at the Royal Botanic Garden’s Aboriginal Bush Tucker Tour.
Taronga Zoo Wildlife Retreat
One of the most unique overnight experiences in Australia — and one you’ll sell with complete confidence after staying there yourself. Spend a night inside Taronga Zoo in a thoughtfully designed eco-retreat, surrounded by native animals, with Sydney Harbour spread out below you. A Hop-on Hop-off Harbour Explorer pass gives you the flexibility to explore at your own pace before check-in.
Melbourne & Surrounds
Five days in Australia’s cultural capital. Laneway art, world-class food, cool-climate wine country, coastal drives, and a first-class dining experience on a moving restaurant — Melbourne rewards the curious traveller at every turn.
Melbourne City
Dive into Melbourne’s famed food culture on a guided Foodie Culture Tour through the city’s multicultural heart, starting at the Immigration Museum. Explore Hosier Lane murals, Degraves Street coffee, and the iconic arcades surrounding Flinders Street. Your Melbourne nights include the city’s famous Comedy Festival — a highlight that’s impossible to replicate for your clients.
Mornington Peninsula
Just over an hour from the CBD lies one of Victoria’s most celebrated regions. Wine tastings at Pt. Leo Estate — with its 16-acre sculpture park and one-Chef’s Hat restaurant — or Montalto Winery’s discovery tasting and Piazza lunch. Unwind at Peninsula Hot Springs in geothermal pools and saunas. Stop to photograph Brighton’s iconic rainbow bathing boxes on the way.
Bellarine Peninsula & The Q Train
Cross Port Phillip Bay on the Searoad Ferry from Sorrento to Queenscliff — spotting seals, gannets, and dolphins en route. That evening, board The Q Train for a first-class degustation dinner as you travel through the Bellarine Peninsula, each course paired with local wines. Overnight at the beautifully restored 1888 Portarlington Grand Hotel overlooking the bay.
Art, Culture & Free Time
Melbourne rewards the advisor who knows where to look. A free day in the city includes hotel site visits alongside time to explore at your own pace — the National Gallery of Victoria, ArtVo’s immersive gallery in the Docklands, the MCG and Australian Sports Museum, or simply the laneways, markets, and cafes that make Melbourne one of the world’s most liveable cities.
Where You’ll Stay
Every property has been chosen to give you firsthand experience you can sell with confidence. From a heritage boutique hotel in Sydney’s oldest precinct, to sleeping inside a zoo, to a first-class degustation dinner on a train — this is not a standard FAM trip itinerary.
Harbour Rocks Hotel
The Rocks, Sydney
A 5-star boutique hotel built in 1887 on the site of Sydney’s first hospital. Just 59 rooms — intimate, heritage-rich, and perfectly placed steps from the CBD, the waterfront, and Sydney’s most storied neighbourhood. This is the kind of property that makes clients feel like insiders, not tourists.
Taronga Zoo Wilderness Retreat
Mosman, Sydney Harbour
One of Australia’s most unique overnight experiences — and one you’ll sell again and again once you’ve experienced it yourself. Fall asleep to the sounds of native animals. Wake up to Sydney Harbour views and a sanctuary tour with passionate keepers. Thoughtfully designed rooms, conservation at its heart, and a story your clients will tell for years.
Portarlington Grand Hotel
Portarlington, Bellarine Peninsula
A beautifully restored 1888 heritage landmark overlooking Port Phillip Bay. Just 18 elegantly appointed rooms blending Victorian architecture with modern comfort. Multiple dining venues, local seafood, and the Bellarine wine trail on your doorstep. This overnight stop shows your clients that Victoria is far more than Melbourne city.
Vibe Hotel Melbourne
CBD, Melbourne
Right at the intersection of Flinders and Queen Streets — Melbourne’s most central address. The city’s famous laneways, arcades, and cultural institutions are all within walking distance. A contemporary, well-positioned base that gives advisors exactly the kind of access their clients want when they visit Melbourne for the first time.
* Properties listed are indicative. Final accommodation will be confirmed once supplier negotiations are complete and will be these properties or equivalent standard.
Optional Experiences
T.A.T.T. is designed around the idea that not every advisor travels the same way. Alongside your included activities, a curated menu of optional experiences lets you shape the trip around your own travel style — and gives you firsthand knowledge to sell the experiences your clients are most likely to ask about.
BridgeClimb Sydney
Scale the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge for 360° panoramic views of the city and harbour from the top. An unmissable bucket-list experience for the adventurous client. Duration: 3 hours.

Pt. Leo Estate Wine Immersion
A bespoke premium wine tasting through the Mornington Peninsula vineyard, with a curated cheese and fruit selection beside a private lake. Upgraded to lunch at the one-Chef’s Hat Pt. Leo Restaurant — a three-course menu built around a wood-fired oven.
Montalto Winery Discovery Tasting & Piazza Lunch
A seated guided tasting of current releases and back vintages in the Alto wine room, surrounded by panoramic vineyard views — followed by a casual shared lunch in the beautiful Piazza with a glass of Montalto wine. Duration: approx. 4 hours.
Peninsula Hot Springs
Hot and cold therapy at one of Victoria’s most loved wellness destinations — geothermal pools, cutting-edge saunas, and an ice cave experience. A perfect contrast to an afternoon of wine and sculpture on the Mornington Peninsula. Duration: approx. 45 minutes.
MCG Tour & Australian Sports Museum
A 75-minute guided tour behind the scenes of the iconic Melbourne Cricket Ground — the Long Room, player change rooms, the MCG Tapestry, and city skyline views from the City Terrace. Followed by the Australian Sports Museum, celebrating Australia’s sporting legends. Duration: approx. 2 hours.
ArtVo Melbourne
An immersive interactive art gallery in Melbourne’s Docklands where you become part of the artwork. Over 100 hand-painted larger-than-life murals create stunning optical illusions — the kind of experience clients who’ve seen everything will still rave about.
Full details and pricing for all optional experiences will be released to depositors. Experiences are subject to availability and may vary from those listed.

Our Australian Partner: OzSidekick
T.A.T.T. Australia 2027 is built in partnership with OzSidekick — the Australian destination management company behind some of the most well-crafted advisor and client itineraries in the country.
If you’ve worked with their sister company NZ Sidekick, you already know what to expect: genuine local expertise, an advisor-first approach, and itineraries that go beyond the obvious. OzSidekick brings that same philosophy to Australia — destinations and experiences chosen because they’re worth choosing, not because they’re easy to book.
For T.A.T.T. participants, that means you’re not just experiencing Australia — you’re experiencing it with people who know it deeply and want you to leave with the confidence to sell it brilliantly.
“The best thing you can do for your Australia clients is experience the destination the way they will — and come home knowing exactly who to work with to pull together the best itinerary for your clients.”
— Karen Cherrett, Founder, Travel Advisors Traveling Together
Your Investment
T.A.T.T. Australia 2027 is priced to reflect the quality of the experience — and the value of what you’ll take home as a travel advisor.
Exchange rate used: $1 AUD = $0.69 USD. Exchange rates are subject to change. Pricing is based on current supplier quotes and will be confirmed once supplier negotiations are complete. Early depositors benefit from any reduction in final pricing.
How to Secure Your Spot
A deposit of 20% of your total tour cost is required to secure your place. Based on current pricing:
Of your deposit, $250 AUD is non-refundable — paid directly to our Australian DMC partner to secure your place on the ground. The remaining deposit balance is fully refundable prior to January 10, 2027.
Final payment is due January 10, 2027.
Founding Group Deposits Close May 31, 2026
After this date, committed numbers go to our Australian suppliers to begin final itinerary and pricing negotiations. With only 15 spots available, I don’t expect these to last until May.
You’ll be taken to our secure booking page to select your room type and complete your deposit.
What We Ask of You
T.A.T.T. is built on the belief that the best travel advisors never stop learning. Before we travel together, we ask two simple things — both free, both valuable, and both things you’ll thank yourself for long after you get home.
Become an Aussie Specialist
Before you travel, we ask that you complete the free Aussie Specialist Program — Tourism Australia’s official training program for travel advisors.
It takes around 90 minutes, it’s completely free, and it qualifies you as a recognised Aussie Specialist. Advisors who complete the program report selling 35% higher value Australia bookings — so this isn’t just a box to tick, it’s a genuine business investment.
The program covers destinations across Australia, travel styles, client planning tools, and everything you need to sell Australia with confidence. Complete it before departure and you’ll arrive already knowing the country — and leave knowing it even better.
Register as an Aussie Specialist →Register with OzSidekick
We also ask that you register with OzSidekick — our Australian DMC partner and the team behind the T.A.T.T. Australia 2027 ground experience.
Registering as an advisor before the trip means you arrive already connected to the team you’ll be working with on the ground. It also sets you up to use OzSidekick for your own client bookings once you’re back — which, after 10 days experiencing their work firsthand, you’ll absolutely want to do.
If you’ve worked with their sister company NZ Sidekick, you already know the standard. If you haven’t — you’re about to find out why advisors keep coming back.
Register with OzSidekick →Both registrations are required prior to final payment on January 10, 2027. We’ll send you a reminder with links and instructions once your deposit is confirmed.
